Complimentary Basic Dental Services ~ one service per patient. Services include: cleaning, fillings and extractions. All complimentary services include the exam and x-rays required for us to provide the service. Celebrating Freedom Day USA on 10.15.21 from 9 a.m. until tickets are gone., please present Military ID upon check-in, patients will be seen in arrival order and will be given a numbered ticket for their turn for services.
